Rachel Grant is an artist, illustrator and surface pattern designer based in ‘The Potteries’, the creative county of North Staffordshire in the UK.

Rachel’s artistic practice is grounded in the meditative process of painting, combining collage, acrylic and gouache to create textural, often detailed, compositions that are inspired by simple things and slow, quiet living.

Rachel is interested in our connections to home, heritage, seasons and the natural world, always seeking to capture an atmosphere of peace and harmony in everything she does; quiet, still moments in an otherwise chaotic world.
