Ever Changing by Cheryl Culver PPPS RBA

Cheryl Culver studied Fine Art at Leicester College of Art & Design. She became a member of the RBA in 2003 and the Pastel Society in 2004. She was President of the Pastel Society 2012-2016. Quiet, unspoiled places are her inspiration, and she shares these with her English Setter and her sketchbook.
